Will's first Baptism

Two Weekends ago Will was able to do his first two baptisms. Mayra was in the morning service and Michael was in the Sunday night service. I didn't have the fancy camera in the morning service so I only got one with my old camera of Mayra. At the night service, we were like the paparazzi, Deven (Will's former intern) snaped some great shots. I thought it was fun to share.
We got a video I will have to post later because it is on Will's work computer. Here are the pictures though:

The best picture I got of Mayra and Will
Mayra is in 7th grade
YEA MAYRA!
Michael is a 10th grader.

YEA MICHAEL! and way to go Will!

Oma's Birthday Weekend at Chimney Valley Lodge!

Now that I am over a month late on posting these pictures I will probably give less detail. I wanted to share with everyone though the wonderful weekend we had to celebrate Mom's birthday. We went to the Hill country of Texas and stayed in Chimney Valley Lodge, where the Pierce, Ellis families live and run the Lodge. http://www.hillcountrysunset.com/chimney-valley-lodge.html

We had such a wonderful time and I can't wait to go back! Here are pictures from the great time:

All the greandkids with Oma and Pops

Everyone got up and shared some things about mom. The grand kids had  something prepared too

The last night Liam was sick. He took three baths in the middle of the night. This was him all wrapped up after one of them. He is a bit pale but other than that he doesn't look sick, does he?

 Playing in the Comal

Fancy pool!

We had a great time. Like I said I can't wait to go back.

New Town, New Home

So we are finally back! The Crum family has moved and after a very very long house buying process we are in! I am still in the mist of a few boxes, but we have already had the college group over three times. We are having a great time learning about the "Joys of Homeownership" as my dad would say.

Our first house!

SOLD!

In all our years of apartment hopping I have wanted to paint. So with some deliberation and some sound advice I picked some colors and we went to work.

All sorts of volunteers came out of the wood work.

The unvailing of the crazy green I picked for the dining room. It actually turned out very nicely
I looked yellow up against the blue, I was a little worried for a bit.

Lots of the students came to help paint too

After a long moving day Liam explored his new house with all of our stuff in it.
 He was so excited!
