On the way to Florida we divided the long drive in two. If made everything so much easier on Liam. Will and I stopped in Alexandria and stayed the night. Liam slept off and on in the pack-n-play all night. In the morning he had a special treat... cable! He got to watch Mickey Mouse, while we packed everything back up. What a fun treat.
The day before we left Liam fell and busted his lip. This was him showing me is boo boo
He didn't let that keep him down though. Daddy's tickling always brings a big laugh
Nicole had given me some great ideas to occupy a toddler in the car. I gave Liam some scotch tape to play with. he had fun unrolling it and sticking it to his feet. Another big hit was pipe cleaners.
We made it!
After we brought all our stuff into the condo we went to check out the beach.
There is a restaurant called the back porch. They have a playground on the beach and people can wait on the beach for the tables which all have a beach view.

It was so beautiful, there was a storm coming in from both sides and there was a magnificent lightening show.
Liam was a bit nervous about the boom booms but after a few of them he thought it was cool.
Cece and I had the good seats to watch the lightening show.
It felt good to be there and we couldn't wait to jump on the beach the next morning.
